Consumer & Small Business Banking (CSBB) Compliance institutes the development, implementation, and execution of the compliance strategy for CSBB through its support of the consumer and small business banking teams. CSBB Compliance provides independent oversight and support to CSBB lines of business including Branch Banking, Deposits, Small Business, Chief Customer Office, Strategy & Transformation, Marketing, and Operations.
This Compliance Officer role within Consumer & Small Business Banking (CSBB) Program and Governance is an exciting opportunity to drive quality compliance risk management processes across CSBB. Specifically, this role will focus on managing all compliance program initiatives including, but not limited to, the Issue Management lifecycle and Remediation Management. The Compliance Officer will oversee all CSBB Issues/Remediation and ensure appropriate Compliance engagement/credible challenge. Provides compliance risk expertise and consulting for projects and initiatives with moderate to high risk, often spanning all CSBB business lines.A successful candidate will be able to create executive level reporting across all CSBB business lines. Experience in utilizing different technology platforms, such as Tableau, MicroStrategy and intermediate skills in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and SQL is desired.
- 7+ years of experience in risk management (includes compliance, financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT systems security, business process management) or 7+ years of financial services industry experience, of which 5+ years must include direct experience in risk management
