Full time corporate paralegal position at a publicly traded company in North Dallas! This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a close knit but growing legal department in support of a publicly traded company. Responsibilities will include a broad ranges of duties but to name a few:

- Database management including contracts, corporate documents, and more
- SEC filings
- Provide support to attorney through all phases of corporate transactions
- Working on mergers and acquisitions including establishing and managing data rooms
- Maintaining corporate minute books, as well as corporate entity management
- Regulatory and Compliance functions
