CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Irving, Texas

Pay: $16.00/hour

Schedule:

8am-5pm with an hour lunch (Monday - Friday) *this job is On-Site

 Will rotate to a late week shift every two months (9:30am to 6:30pm)

Job Description:

 Auto Claims Industry.

The Customer Service Rep will be verifying the contracts with the consumer, submitting repair order to technicians and then following up with technician.

The company has a small business feel and they are looking for a candidate who wants a company that will offer stability and a great work environment.

Requirements:

• No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years

• 2 to 4 years of call center experience or experience in automotive industry preferred

• Must type 50+ WPM or more (will be tested)

• Computer Savvy

• Great customer service and communication skills
