Who we are looking for:
The successful candidate will have experience leading people through complex ongoing change. We are looking for someone with a growth mindset and connects the employee experience to the customer experience. Project work includes but not limited to design, delivery and implementation of new organization structures, leader alignment, change navigation, talent management and D&I frameworks and management governance. Successful candidates would also demonstrate the ability to connect the HR strategy to current and future large-scale enterprise change work.
Organization Effectiveness will report into the VP of Talent Management and Inclusive Diversity and partner with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders in leading change management, organization design and talent management work.
How will Success be Determined:
Success in this role would be determined by the director’s ability to anticipate the future needs of the organization particularly as it relates to the people strategy implications and proactively plan with colleagues across HR and business to meet those future needs. Further success will be determined by the growth of leader capability in the team’s managers and employees.
