HR Benefits Administrative Assistant
Our client in Fort Worth, TX has an immediate need to an HR Benefits Administrative Assistant on a contract basis for approximately 6 months, but there is a potential for this to go contract to possible hire.

HR Benefits Administrative Assistant Role:
In this role, you will be handling a lot of administrative tasks assisting with employee benefits. 
Assist employees with benefits questions relating to FMLA, 401K, STD, LTD and Life Insurance
Assists associates with leave of absence requests and guides them through the process
Processes all leave of absence paperwork according to established procedures and laws
Coordinates correspondence, forms and other documents via the claim system
Assist with creating and maintaining employee records

HR Benefits Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
High School Diploma or the equivalent
1+ years working in an office environment doing administrative work
Experience working in a human resources department is a plus, but not required
Proficiency in MS Office – specifically Word, Excel, Outlook 
Strong data entry skills with minimal errors
Strong organizational skills 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive “can do” attitude and professional demeanor
