HR Coordinator - The primary focus of this position is to provide administrative support for all aspects of Human Resources Operations group. Duties in this position are occasionally repetitive, requiring analysis and use of individual judgment.
All duties to be performed according to the established standard and in compliance with all company policies and procedures while maintaining regular, prompt attendance and availability for overtime as needed:
Data Analysis & Project Coordination
70% - Ensure timely completion of HR Operations processes (New Hire Entry, Track down missing new hire paperwork, Prepare Orientation documents/paperwork, and I-9 coordination and processing)
20% - Participates in and creates SOPs for process flow and various HR projects
10% - Extracts, synthesizes and analyzes data derived from various systems.
Workday HRIS experience very helpful.
