This position is responsible for coordination, administration, and delivery of human resource (HR) programs and activities designed to enable a positive employee experience, foster employee engagement, and increase the efficiency of our human resource model. In this role you will support a team of HR business partners and other senior HR leaders in delivering strategic support and partnership to business leaders across the enterprise. You will support the HR team in communication and execution of HR programs and initiatives including the employee engagement survey, performance rewards and talent planning and development. You will further support workforce data needs by developing and generating employee data reports, analyzing workforce data, providing compensation analysis support, and supporting occasional employee transactions in the HRIS/Payroll system.
This role will partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to include HR Operations, Compensation, HRIS, Talent Development and Talent Acquisition. The position will collaborate closely with technology, data, and business groups as needed.
•Provide program support for engagement and development activities for shared services business groups in collaboration with HR Business Partners and identified Centers of Expertise. Provide coordination and facilitation as required.
•Manage reporting and analysis related responsibilities for assigned HR Business Partners to include performance, compensation, and workforce statistics. Manage data tracking and record keeping requirements. Provide both cyclical and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
•Support quarterly performance management, annual talent management and year-end compensation cycles for assigned business groups. Provide orientation to programs; and distribute resources and reporting as needed.
•Provide compensation support through job description, compensation analysis and data review.
•Partner with HR Business Partners to communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
•Develop domain knowledge of businesses to include an understanding of short-term objectives & long-term strategies for the organization.
•Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and practices. Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local employment practices and labor laws. Role model CoreLogic ethical standards, professionalism, and code of conduct.
•Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned.
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree; human resources or related field with 2-3 years of directly related work experience in human resources or workforce management.
•Strong communication skills; written and verbal
•Experience with analyzing complex data sets
•Experience with HR management systems (HRMS) such as Workday preferred
•Experience supporting high volume, fast-paced, change-oriented environments.
•Prior experience working with data, reporting or other scorecards and analytics.
•Strong technical aptitude; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with capabilities (formulas, pivot tables, macros) required to perform data analysis.
•Strong written/ verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities with the ability to effectively and proactively communicate with individuals internal/ external to the organization.
•Collaborative style; ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across functional and geographical boundaries.
•Strong analytical skills; solid decision-making capabilities coupled with the ability to analyze situations and provide recommendations for remediation. Sound judgment. Ability to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities.
