We are currently seeking candidates to fill Temp positions, and Full-Time positions. We have multiple positions available such as Porter & Leasing, as well Manager & Supervisor positions!

FULL TIME WORK, DIRECT HIRE (THEY CAN START YOU IMMEDIATELY)

LEASING CONSULTANT NEEDED

Compensation ranges from $14 - $16 an hour based on experience.

As our Leasing Consultant, the opportunity for expressing world class customer service is endless. While touring with future residents, you will be expected to close lease agreements and drive revenue for the property. Thorough knowledge of the competitive market and surrounding amenities are the keys to your success. Creating innovative ideas and resident functions creates a dynamic working and living environment.

GROUNDSKEEPER / PORTER NEEDED

Compensation ranges from $14 - $16 an hour based on experience. Part time situation (Can turn into full time if you work hard!)

As our Groundskeeper/Porter, you will be expected to maintain a luxurious appearance of the property and create a safe and dynamic environment for our residents and associates. While providing world class customer service skills, you will collaborate with the team to create innovative preventative maintenance ideas that will increase safety levels (and decrease property expenses) (, as well as increase the appearance and class of the property).

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN NEEDED

Compensation ranges from $16 - $18 an hour based on experience and certification.

As our Maintenance Technician, you will be expected to maintain a luxurious appearance of the property and create a safe and dynamic environment for our residents and associates. While providing world class customer service skills and executing resident service requests, you will collaborate with the team to create innovative preventative maintenance ideas that will increase safety levels and decrease property expenses. Thorough knowledge of preparing for resident move ins and outs, as well as general household repair aptitudes will be the keys to your success.

MUST HAVE A RELIABLE SOURCE OF TRANSPORTATION
