We’re looking for a talented and energetic Email & Campaign Manager to join our Digital Marketing Team in our Dallas, Texas location. As Dal-tile continues to evolve digitally, the next step in our program is to add a talented email & campaign marketer to amplify our brand messaging to inboxes, texts, & throughout social. The opportunity includes collaboration and program implementation targeted to our unique audiences including partners, end-consumers and directly to our dealer/distributor network.  This role coordinates and executes with our strategy developed in coordination with an industry leading Salesforce partner whom also assists with creation and execution of program elements.

Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns which can include programmatic and social advertising strategies and purchases across all 4 Dal-tile brands. You are responsible for creating and optimizing paid media channels to support the digital department in their growth goals.

Campaign Related:

  • In cooperation with marketing brand & creative, develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch with provided creative assets.
  • Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies, creative, and goals across the organization.
  • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Define, place buys, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs. Reconcile buys to budget.
  • Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media.
  • Oversee and manage the overall budget for paid media placements.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword and website research (SEO knowledge is important), ad grouping and audience targeting.

Email Related:

  • Partner with leading SF partner to implement elements of our program including email and SMS sharing our omni-channel brand message and product information
  • Email list management including profile updates, deduplication, and profile additions
  • Lead nurture and contact updates through nurture/drip campaigns with ability to create journeys (Journey Builder) with automation (Automation Studio) and deliver reporting. Iterative optimization suggestions and implementation based on outcomes.
  • Customization, branding, and personalization of messaging across email and developing SMS programs
  • Campaign strategy input and tactical management across social channels including Instagram, FaceBook, Pinterset, and LinkedIn.
  • Input & tactical execution into creating optimized landing pages that lead to impactful customer journeys. Goal is to deliver ‘Organic’ feeling campaigns aligned to home improvement and DIYers.
  • Reporting. Campaign KPIs and overall digital analytics.
  • Performing other duties when needed.

Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Marketing, IS, MIS or related field preferred. 
    • 5+ year equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • A minimum of 2 years email and campaign management. SFMC preferred.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or related email, content, and template creation.
  • Desire to grow and own SFMC email practice. Commitment to continued education through SF Marketer and related certifications.
  • Experience testing and deploying marketing and transactional email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or related tool.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Basic graphic resizing and client display best practices to support email and content process.
  • HTML & CSS knowledge to assist with formatting and template creation.
  • Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics power user. Familiarity with CRMs.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who is a team player and a problem-solver who can work independently and contribute to a growing, saavy Digital Marketing team.
  • Strategic thinking, prioritization skills, troubleshooting and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and written in a clear, concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain constructive work relationships (take feedback) from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Above average planning, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow-up.
  • Desire to master new skills and tools quickly and remain current with the latest tools & technologies.
