BayMark is looking for a Marketing and Communications Specialist to be responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of our treatment centers throughout North America. This essential position will provide professional marketing services and support contributing to the business development strategy and initiatives to enhance brand awareness, enrollment and revenue generation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creates and implements marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, expand community education of services and market share
  • Serves as the Lead copywriter and collaborator on design / layout of marketing material, campaigns and special projects, overseeing the production logistics associated with them
  • Manages public relations efforts including press release writing and article development for targeted distribution
  • Coordinates and manages paid advertising projects and tracking for ROI evaluation
  • Works collaboratively with Digital Marketing to develop and/or manage content for branded websites, SEO/SEM
  • Supervises social media and marketing coordinator; developing and editing the content calendar, insuring creation of meaningful and relevant content that builds brand equity and generates inquiry activity
  • Manages vendor relationships, contracts and deliverables for assigned projects
  • Coordinates and manages the annual patient satisfaction survey project
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships across regional teams and stakeholders in alignment with the company’s values and principles to develop strategy and produce deliverables on designated timelines
  • Host patient focus groups at assigned centers to gather feedback and incorporate into strengthening our patient facing communication resources
  • Must possess a detail-oriented approach and be able to maintain a high level of ownership and

accuracy

  • Prepares and submits all regular and requested reports
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred
  • 5+ years successful experience in healthcare marketing
  • Ability to work independently, manage time and budget effectively without close supervision
  • Strong eye for detail and graphic composition
  • Must be a self-starter, creative, proactive and organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written, proofreading and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva with the willingness to learn new programs as required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle large volume of detail work accurately and efficiently while meeting deadlines
