Job Summary: Works with the legal team with a variety of contractual and legal projects such as, legal research, contract management support, intellectual property compliance and management, litigation, document/agreement drafting, and special projects. Manages and tracks multiple projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Duties: Drafts and analyzes a variety of agreement types, including customer, supplier, confidentiality, licensing, employment, subscription, and dealership agreements; provides support to Director of Contracts and Contracts Managers during agreement negotiation and review; Provides support to assigned programs as needed, including attending weekly meetings, tracking Additional Work Requests (AWR’s) and responding to requests for support; assesses for potential risks; formulates proposed solutions and makes recommendations to mitigate risks; Drafts contract, demand, termination and cease and desist letters; Prepares and maintains contract templates and form agreements; Manages and maintains contractual chronologies on all active programs; Reviews contracts and other legal documents to ensure the necessary provisions are included; Assists in management of contract management database; maintains database by adding new agreements as executed and timely alerting legal team of expiring agreements; initiates development and execution of new agreements as directed; Conducts due diligence research by reviewing company and subsidiary contracts; Coordinates the gathering of information, materials, documents, reports and evidence necessary to respond to discovery, and overall litigation management; Conducts legal research and analyzes case law as requested; Digests and summarizes business and legal documents; prepares summary for review.
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years experience in the Aerospace industry preferred

Education: BA/BS degree from accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Aircraft interior industry experience and/or paralegal or other legal education a plus.
