Sales / Business Development Manager

RD Holdings, the parent company of RetailData, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive a very exciting product and sales growth program within our newly formed technology services venture.
For over 30 years RetailData has been the market leader in capturing, cleansing, and conditioning both in-store and web based competitive data serving many the top retailers in the world. In response to growing demand from our clients to provide solutions to identify and react to near real time actionable insights we are expanding our services in data and analytics solutions via a new venture.
This is a technical sales role, responsible for creating, facilitating, and driving the sales process, while working collaboratively with the marketing team to continually maximize industry lead-generation programs.
Candidate must be able to effectively engage with prospect clients to understand their needs and ultimately craft a well-tailored solution proposal, selling both turnkey products and broader IT solutions.
Accordingly, the Business Development Manager has the autonomy to be innovative to drive growth in this new venture with the financial strength of the well-established parent company.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, results driven individual, have a proven track-record of selling technical solutions and better than average data analytics capabilities to align with the technical nature of the prospect customers targeted for this endeavor.
