Our Infrastructure Services Engineers are software analysts are responsible for managing and coordinating activities to ensure software requests are all efficiently managed and deliver best-in-class service to our internal end user community.
What You'll Do
Administer, and support all areas of the infrastructure environment
Software installation, based on guidelines set by the vendors, for easy to complex applications.
Perform general problem solving and assistance on software applications using basic troubleshooting tools and technical skills.
Working knowledge of Win10 OS, Microsoft Office 2016 and basic VDI skills
Monitor the software queue, Incidents, based on the priority in Service Now
Maintain a technical understanding of specific software applications, operating systems
Create and maintain Knowledge Based (KB) software documentation
Effectively complete projects and installations within time frames and budget parameters.
Provide new and updated supporting documentation for software products.
Support Manual software installation and resolution for project related upgrades such as Java remediation, Windows10 migration, software version upgrades.
Produce timely metrics based on the required management platforms.
Other duties, as assigned.
Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Your talents needed for success
Familiarity with Windows command-line to perform basic troubleshooting steps
Actual hands-on Help desk experience
Windows OS technical support experience with knowledge of the Windows registry, file and folder security, local/domain user security, and operating system troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills
Highly dedicated and organized.
Minimum of 4 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
