Job Summary

At the direction of SMU Law Alumni Relations leadership, the Alumni Relations Administrative Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support for all of the SMU Law alumni programs, conduct research to update alumni records, record data from events, update websites, assist with organizing alumni chapters and affinity groups, and create, enhance, and maintain social media. This position will also assist the marketing and communications team with editing the law school magazine and act as a scholarship coordinator for the law school. The Administrative Coordinator will ensure that through the alumni programs, SMU Law graduates are strengthening their own alumni network and engaging in the law school.
