We are hiring #martech geeks who love to figure out how to integrate a call tracking system with a bidding optimization platform to power new analytics, audience, and activation solutions that can change Fortune 100 omnichannel marketing strategies. Camelot is an alpha/beta partner in advanced analytics clean rooms, testing new server-side integration programs, expanding and create new 2rd party data integrations, and closed-loop stratified testing methods for retention/remarketing programs. It's not the same old same old at Camelot with amazing clients willing to do it different and better.

What you'll do:

  • Help clients build, develop, utilize, and improve upon existing marketing and advertising technology stacks with a focus on identity management and audience activation tools (e.g., Customer Data Platforms); analytics solutions (reporting, attribution, etc.); and tracking and tagging tools (ad servers, tag managers, etc.)
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to help bridge the gap between marketing and technology, especially as it relates to tool instrumentation and platform integration
  • Help brands plan and implement strategies that grow digital maturity and align to organizational objectives
  • Help brands plan, build, and sustain applicable data and audience strategies, especially as it relates to first-party data utilization
  • Play a key role in the automation, implementation, and maintenance of all platforms involved in media activation, tracking, and reporting
  • Stay current on all relevant technology and privacy developments in the digital space, especially as it relates to ID deprecation and utilization (cookie, IDFA, etc.)
  • Formulate recommendations on how current and future processes need to adapt based on new and upcoming technologies, privacy developments, and other changes in the industry
  • Work daily in multiple digital media platforms, including the audience-based marketing tools required for that function

What we need: (Position Requirements):

  • A combined 7+ years of professional experience in the digital marketing and ad operations ecosystem, including a focus on data collection, integration, and activation across multiple channels (social, display, CTV, search, etc.)
  • A strong understanding of the digital campaign process, especially as it relates to activation and optimization (ad servers, UTM parameters, taxonomies from multiple ad accounts and publishers, etc.)
  • Technical prowess combined with the skills and ability to translate complex requirements into relevant communications to varied audiences
  • Experience working in multiple digital platforms like Google, Facebook, Adobe, Tealium, various DSPs, etc.
  • A strong understanding of audience-based marketing and the tools required for that function (CDPs, DMPs, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with marketing and IT teams at multiple levels to drive alignment toward and delivery of complex use cases
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic and client-oriented work environment
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
