RESPONSBILITIES:

SUPPORTS NEW HR TEAM

  • Heavy data entry
  • Processes new hire documentation and maintenance (ie terminations, profile updates)
  • Answers associate questions and/or redirects to appropriate department

EXECUTES COMPLIANCE PROGRAMS AND ENSURES ACCURATE DOCUMENTATION

  • Set up, maintain and audit personnel files and other relevant HR records
  • Accurate filing of personnel documents

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

  • I9 Experience
  • Hire Right Experience
  • First Advantage Experience
  • Oracle and/or UKG (Ultipro-Kronos) Experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task using multiple applications and technologies
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in computer navigation skills
  • Basic reading and math skills
