{ M-F 2ND SHIFT 1PM-9PM}

  • Coach leadership on organization structure changes and decisions. Provides tools (climate surveys, town hall meetings) to drive engagement and cultural change.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the distribution center's social content.
  • Researching and recommending new recruiting tactics either by use of social media.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social/data metrics, insights, best practices, and acting on the information. MUST HAVE STRONG DATA ANALYTICS AND HR DASHBOARD EXPERIENCE.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
  • Moderating social media accounts such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
  • Work with the leadership team to set, adjust, and maintain communications of employee engagement, culture, and company values.
  • Provide full cycle recruitment for open positions including sourcing, scouting external talent, posting jobs, pre screening resumes, scheduling interviews, interviews, extending offers, checking references and background checks.
  • Consults on succession planning, management development and performance management, provides tools and facilitates meetings to ensure ongoing development (i.e. 360 degree feedback, IDP) and follow up
  • Aids with employee relations efforts; aids leadership in decision making, providing solutions, employee coaching and counseling, progressive discipline, and performance management.
  • Assists in gathering information for investigations, reviews, and resolves employee
    complaints and other employment related actions; resolves Company ethics issues and
    manages EEO or supports litigation cases as assigned; supports consistency in adhering to best practices and employment law.
  • Create and distribute internal communications regarding status chances, benefits and company policies.
  • Administer new associate on-boarding and orientation.
  • Assist associates with questions and concerns regarding pay, benefits, time off request, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
