We nurture a work environment where people with a variety of thoughts, ideas and backgrounds, guided by our shared values, come together to make Capital One a great company and an exciting place to work Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate new Cyber Security, Technology and Data initiatives to support technical and business strategy of the Auto Loan organization division Work with business partners and software engineering groups to identify technical and functional needs of the system and determine the backlog priority Analyze requirements and architecture to understand current processes and the proposed target processes to be deployed in the environment Identify and manage platform strategic direction in coordination with business users' needs and direction Drive large, complex projects to completion and execute roadmaps, while championing business and technical goals Manage interdependencies and risks across a high number of scrum teams and organizations Work with a diverse set of stakeholders to ensure needs and expectations are met Distill complex information for business partners and guide the experience leads for their implementation Mediate and resolve conflicts, maintain a strategic focus when making decisions Provide supervision and direction to project teams to ensure successful execution Understand Agile processes, team velocity and forecast progress accordingly Working on the governance team, gain technical knowledge needed to respond to audit and technical system inquiries Ensure quality and evidence of project documentation Create regular reporting for the business and IT stakeholders Work on the JIRA boards and Grafana dashboards to derive the project execution Work on the annual budgets with the business teams to ensure appropriate assignment of resources Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or military experience At least 3 years of experience in leading IT projects At least 2 year of experience in Project Management At least 2 years of experience in IT development or support Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or Computers 7 years of experience in managing IT projects 7 years of experience in Project Management 2 years of experience in managing Cyber Security projects 2 years of experience in technology project including software development and infrastructure deployment 2 years of experience in data management projects At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
