Promotional Marketing Team Leader *Entry Level*

We have some great opportunities available for people with an interest in management/general business and the ability to inspire, influence and lead others. We’re looking to double the size of our Dallas-based team by early 2023 and be able to expand into additional markets throughout the coming year.

As part of our growth plan, we’re looking for a handful of Promotional Marketing Team Leaders who will support the management team while being cross-trained in different aspects of our business. Those that excel will be able to assume a management position of their own in the near future. If you’re over 18, able to start within 2 weeks, and looking for a place where you can learn, earn and grow, we’d love to hear from you!

Within your first 3 months you’ll learn about:

  • Marketing, Communications and Brand Awareness Strategies
  • Consumer Behavior, Customer Retention and Acquisition
  • Recruitment, Training, Development and Leadership Measures
  • Public Speaking, Influencing and Negotiation Techniques
  • Time Management, Organization and Goal Setting Tips
  • Market Research, Campaign Management and Client Relations
  • General Business Operations and People Management

Requirements & Recommendations:

A BA in Business, Communications, Marketing, Psychology or similar is recommended, but our training is extensive and ongoing, so a degree isn’t necessary as long as you learn quickly and have a general understanding of business. Veterans/former military and former athletes tend excel in this role because of their competitive nature and desire to win!

Experience working in a small business/family business environment can be helpful since you’ll be thinking on your feet and transitioning through a variety of tasks each day. It’s also helpful if you have experience service customers in a hospitality, customer service or retail sales capacity.

Hours, Pay & Perks:

This role requires full time hours and you’ll be earning a competitive weekly wage plus additional compensation for achieving certain targets and assuming additional responsibilities. The more time and effort you put in, the faster you advance and the more you earn!
