Sales Director of Government Relations - Remote - NY/NJ Territory - $60-80K Base + Comm.
Sales Director of Government Relations to drive business development serving the organization's strategic growth objectives by developing and pursuing opportunities within local government.
Requirements – Bachelor's degree, prior sales experience, experience managing complex clients and/or complex sales cycle. Individual must be self-motivated with top organization skills. Must be assertive and a self-starter with self-confidence and ability to represent the company in a very professional manner. Will take initiative to effectively manage own activities to deliver results and solve problems with little supervision. Will drive new business development with local governments (counties and cities), conduct research and analysis qualifying new local government targets and forge new local government relationships. Will facilitate business development via phone, email, in-person presentations, virtual webinars, conventions, conferences, speaking engagements, local community events, etc.
